Our Design Flow
Our Professional Fee
Our rates are categorized into two scopes:
Design Only
Our rate starts from RM8 - RM10/sqft for relevant areas only (within Klang Valley)
RM15/sqft for areas outside of Klang Valley.
Design-only package includes:-
- Mood board & layout plan
- 2D & 3D drawings
- All necessary technical plans & detail drawings (RCP, M&E & carpentry)
- Material selection/proposal
- Unlimited design revisions within 3 months
Design & Build
Our rate starts from RM20 - RM30/sqft for relevant areas only (within Klang Valley)
An out-of-state fee will be charged for areas outside of Klang Valley.
Design & Build package includes:-
- All scopes from the design package
- Assist in relevant permit approval process
- Project schedule proposal & management
- Liaise with all relevant contractors/sub-contractors/suppliers
- Site supervision, weekly progress reports & quality checks
- Sourcing of all items relevant for project completion (fittings, furniture, furnishings, etc.)
- Delivery & moving-in coordination
- Decor & styling services
